Peeza is a one-to-one file-transfer tool. Files move directly between two devices when the network allows, and otherwise stream through a relay we operate. Every transfer is end-to-end encrypted with a key our servers never receive, and the relay never stores your files — it forwards ciphertext it cannot read. We therefore cannot access, produce, or decrypt your file contents for anyone, including ourselves. What the relay does hold is described in our Privacy Policy.
Peeza is a transfer tool, not a backup or storage service. You must keep your own copy of anything you send. A transfer moves a file from one place to another; once it completes there is no copy on our servers to recover. Do not use peeza as the only home for anything you cannot afford to lose.
You may need an account for some features. You must be at least 16, provide accurate sign-in information, keep your credentials secure, and use one account per person. You are responsible for activity under your account.
You agree not to use peeza to distribute malware, child sexual abuse material, or content you have no right to distribute, and not to abuse the relay (for example, attempting to circumvent quotas or disrupt the service). Because transfers are encrypted, enforcement is limited to acting on lawful reports and to the account and share-link level — but violations are grounds for suspension or termination of your account.
Paid features are billed as described at checkout. Only relayed bytes are metered against your plan; direct device-to-device transfers are never metered. Purchases are handled by our merchant of record, who is the seller of record for your transaction. Renewal, cancellation, and refund terms are presented at purchase. EU consumers: where a right of withdrawal applies, immediate performance begins only with your express consent and acknowledgement that you thereby lose that right.
We grant you a personal, revocable, non-transferable licence to use the peeza app. Auto-updates may be delivered to keep the app secure and working.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law — including, where it applies, the Australian Consumer Law, the Québec Loi sur la protection du consommateur, and EU consumer protections — and any term that would do so is read down to the extent required, not struck entirely.
To the extent permitted by law, and without limiting the consumer rights above, our aggregate liability arising from your use of peeza is limited to a reasonable amount as finally determined; we are not liable for lost data where you did not keep your own copy (see section 2).
You may stop using peeza and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms. We may update these terms; material changes will be notified in the app or by email, and continued use after they take effect means you accept them.
